Simon Cowell was all smiles as he celebrated the release of another epic America’s Got Talent spin-off.

The 64-year-old has been a staple of the small screen for over two decades, heading up the judging panel on Pop, Idol, Britain’s Got Talent, X Factor, American Idol and many, many more.

Earlier this week, he couldn’t stop grinning while walking the red carpet for a taping of his latest venture, America’s Got Talent: Fantasy League.

He will be reuniting with Heidi Klum, Howie Mandel and Spice Girl Mel B for the series, which premieres on January 1 on NBC.

The music mogul looked very different as he rocked up to the Red Studios in LA, after revealing that he had sworn off filler injections for good last year.

He swapped his trademark barely buttoned shirt for a blue jumper and jeans for the celebration.

Simon completed the low-key look with orange lens glasses and shiny black shoes.

The dad-of-one previously opened up about his transformation, admitting that there were points he went ‘a bit too far’ with changing his looks.

In fact, he revealed his son was behind the turning point, and inadvertently led him to a much healthier lifestyle.

‘There was a stage where I might have gone a bit too far. I saw a picture of me from ‘before’ the other day, and didn’t recognize it as me first of all,’ he previously told the Sun.

‘Eric was in hysterics. Enough was enough. There is no filler in my face at all now. Zero.

‘There was a phase where everyone was having their faces pumped full of this and the other.

‘But actually, for me now, a lot of it comes down to healthy eating and drinking tons of water.’

Simon has been hard at work over the last few years, working across BGT and other spin-offs, including the Extreme and All-Stars ventures.

However, the new Fantasy offering might be the best one yet…

The official synopsis reads: ‘In AGT: Fantasy League, similar to a fantasy sports draft, the judges will each choose a roster of their favorite acts picking from winners, finalists, viral sensations and fan favorites from America’s Got Talent and Got Talent franchises around the world, all pre-selected by America in an initial vote.

‘For the first time in show history, the judges will be competing alongside the contestants and will mentor and guide the acts throughout the competition with the hopes of earning bragging rights and seeing an act from their team crowned the champion of ‘AGT: Fantasy League.’

Simon is showing no signs of slowing down, but previously opened up about his son’s love for the Got Talent franchise, suggesting that we could see his mini-me making a splash on our screens very soon.

However, the TV icon explained the youngster would actually rather audition himself than follow in his footsteps and head up the panel.

Speaking to Entertainment Tonight about Eric joining him during filming, he said: ‘Well, it’s brilliant because he’s to my left, so I always look over, and, you know the really crazy act tonight, who was like swallowing swords? [Well] he’s jumping up and down in his seat literally and he’s making me laugh so much.

‘And with kids you can’t fake it, you know? If they like something, they like it. If they don’t like it, they’re bored.’
