Lily Allen has rather tickled fans with her method of obscuring her daughter’s identity.
The pop star, 38, is a proud mum to two daughters, Ethel and Marnie, whom she co-parents with ex-husband Sam Cooper and also shares with husband David Harbour, 48.
Lily is protective over her children anyway, of course, but took things to a whole new level when documenting their family trip to Paris.
The Not Fair hitmaker gave fans a glimpse inside their Parisian getaway with some festive pics.
She posed with her brood outside a fancy restaurant, marvelled at the sight of the Eiffel Tower at night, and explored art galleries.
What really made people giggle, though, was the way Lily facepalmed her own daughter – literally, entire hand over face – in a comical snap.
As her youngest wrapped an arm around her mum, Lily looked directly in to the camera, posing with a smug expression.
It didn’t stop there, as she proceeded to scribble out her two kids’ faces in another photo.
Ever a woman championing equality, Lily also jokingly scribbled out her husband David’s face, with just his hand throwing up a peace sign visible.
Naturally, her followers found the whole thing amusing.
‘The hand over the face made me laugh, definitely one way to do it 😂’, Shaunie Knight commented.
‘Love that you blocked David’s face too 😂’, laughed Nikki Porter.
Others questioned why Lily would hide her family’s faces, given that she’s walked red carpets with her children in the past.
‘Why the face blocking ?’, commented Andy Watty.
Replying, user JadeTheFeminist said: ‘cos she doesn’t owe the world the image of her kids 🤷🏻♀️’
‘or perhaps her children haven’t consented?’, argued Seleeeny.
Lily and David’s marriage was recently hit by split rumours, but their latest holiday has proven they are very much rock solid.
It was previously claimed that the singer and Stranger Things star were ‘living separate lives’, shortly after celebrating their third anniversary.
An insider has claimed to The Sun that Lily and David became estranged when she began starring in a West End production of The Pillowman in London, while David is still situated in the US.
The source said the married couple had ‘barely been together for the past three months’, with David only attending one of Lily’s theatre shows.
That all looks to be water under the bridge now, though, with David having assured everyone their marriage is ‘ultimately, very good.’
Meanwhile, Lily is living her best life and rocking an epic image transformation.
The 22 singer underwent a dramatic hair change last month, a far cry from the pixie cut we know her for.
She now sports a gorgeous head of long, red locks with a side fringe, which took a shocking 11 hours to complete.
It was definitely worth it, as the star was inundated with compliments after debuting her new do.
