Singer, actor and now runway model, Sam Smith added another string to their bow as they stormed down the catwalk at Vivienne Westwood’s fashion show.
The 31-year-old Unholy icon has become famed for their out-there looks, with last year’s latex Brit Awards outfit dropping fans’ jaws.
Sam’s devil costume in June raised eyebrows, but this might be the non-binary performer’s most daring fashion statement yet in Andreas Kronthaler’s collection.
Crowds at Vivienne Westwood’s Paris Fashion Week show broke into furious applause as Sam stepped onto the runway in sky-high platform boots and very little else.
The Writing’s on the Wall hitmaker was helped by a wooden walking stick — almost as tall as their own 6ft 2 stature — as they rocked classic Westwood patterns.
Sam’s first look included a red tartan cape, knee-high red and black socks, a light green bodysuit, and tiny high-waisted pants, the focal point of the outfit.
The underwear front doubled as a very revealing pleated skirt from behind as they flashed a little bit of bum cheek to the audience.
Grammy winner Sam then switched into a much less cheeky look, in a floor-length black gown with plenty of distressed rips and tears.
Sam covered their face in a black veil and oversized hat, as they carried a leather bag for the second look.
‘Nothing to see here, it’s only popstar and all round icon Sam Smith modelling not one but two looks in this afternoon’s @viviennewestwood show in Paris,’ wrote The Sunday Times Style.
The Fall/Winter 2024-2025 event has been marred by controversy as Victoria Beckham’s show was stormed by PETA protestors.
Peta was protesting against the star’s use of leather in her fashion brand, with signs reading: ‘Viva vegan leather!’
The activists who swarmed her March 1 show also wore tank tops boasting the slogan, ‘Animals aren’t fabric’.
Victoria, 49, often incorporates leather into her designs and sells items made of Nappa leather (from lambs) and shiny calf leather bags.
It seems the former Spice Girl wasn’t fazed, taking to Instagram with a message afterwards, brushing the whole thing off after security removed the protestors.
‘Thank you to my incredible Atelier team! I couldn’t do it without you and love you all so much! xx Victoria’, she penned.
Elsewhere, Kanye West, 46, came under fire yet again as his wife Bianca Censori attended shows wearing sheer tights with no underwear, following her trend of nearly nude looks.
The 29-year-old’s outfits have become more and more risque, with her front-row appearance in Milan Fashion Week sparking concern from her father.
An insider told MailOnline: ‘Bianca’s father Leo wants to have a proper sit down with Kanye and ask him what the hell he is thinking when he parades Bianca around like a trashy naked trophy pony.’
