A benefit concert to raise funds for victims of the Los Angeles wildfire has been announced by the Azoff Family.

Funds raised by FireAid, which is being organised in conjunction with Live Nation and AEG Presents, will go towards ‘rebuilding infrastructure and supporting displaced families’.

Over 30,000 residents have been told to evacuate their homes as the blaze continues to destroy much of the historic Pacific Palisades and surrounding area.

Celebrities such as Adam Brody and Leighton Meester and Seinfield’s Julia Louis-Dreyfus have had their homes reduced to rubble in the worst wildfire in the city’s history.

The huge event hopes to bring together some of the biggest artists for an ‘evening of music and solidarity’ at the Intuit Dome, California, on January 30.

Massive wildfires that engulfed whole neighborhoods and displaced thousands in Los Angeles have killed at least 10 people, authorities said, as California's National Guard soldiers readied to hit the streets to help quell disorder. News of the growing toll, announced late Thursday January 9 by the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner, came as swaths of the United States' second-largest city lay in ruins. FireAid donations will also provide funding for ‘advancing fire prevention technologies and strategies to ensure LA is better prepared for fire emergencies.’

While the lineup is yet to be announced, the concert will take place days before the Grammys are set to be hosted nearby with plenty of musicians anticipated to attend.

Anticipation for who could perform is already growing, with many speculating one huge artist could return to the spotlight for the gig.

Harry Styles was an immediate suggestion from fans as he is managed by Jeremy Azoff’s company Full Stop Management.

‘Is anyone else thinking what I’m thinking,’ wrote Dana on X before clarifying: ‘Harry, for everyone asking what I’m talking about lmao.’

‘Yes yes yes!’ replied stan account AwardsHarry as Sam said: ‘I’m not saying it could happen but it might’.

The As It Was hitmaker has been out of the spotlight recently, having wrapped his Love On Tour in 2023 and not released new music since Harry’s House in 2022.

In November, Harry also lost friend and bandmate Liam Payne suddenly, saying he was ‘devastated’ by his shock death aged 31.

However, Full Stop Management is in charge of numerous artists so it is no more likely to be Harry than Gwen Stefani or Jon Bon Jovi based on that logic.

Performers will likely be those who are already set to attend the Grammys, with nominations for the likes of Beyonce, Taylor Swift, Kendrick Lamar, and Chappell Roan.

Many X users were calling for a local priority access for tickets, allowing those most impacted by the wildfires to attend for free.

While the fundraiser relies on ticket sales, provisions for those affected is normal for an event like this.

Additionally, Hotels and Airbnbs have been offered as temporary housing to those who have been displaced so anyone hoping to attend from out of town would struggle to find a place to stay.

Metro has reached out to LiveNation, AEG, the Azoff family, and Harry’s reps for comment.
